We introduced a referral program on Lessonpal to boost user growth and engagement.

As a product designer on this project, my goal was to create a simple and attractive referral program that made it easy and rewarding for our users to invite their friends to the platform. I focused on designing user-friendly interfaces and enticing incentives to make the whole process smooth and enjoyable.

Once we rolled out the referral program, we were happy to see 20,000+ referral sign ups in the first 3 months.

Designing this program was challenging since it involved many different flows and use cases, but it was equally as rewarding seeing how it significantly drove organic traffic to Lessonpal. Working closely with engineers, product managers, and the customer success team showed me how important cross-functional collaboration is and how different perspectives can lead to really creative and effective solutions.
